Welcome to Hope Flower Farm. We do so many things here at our farm in Waterford, VA. Our team is passionate about growing flowers, motivating and inspiring visitors and students to "Live a Life With Flowers". We believe in the healing powers of both flowers and hope!
Hope Flower Farm features all things necessary to learn and engage. Our workshops and courses are created with both professionals and beginners in mind.
The farm is open for tours, shopping of the farm's flowers, produce, and Holly’s very own product line of vases and floral supplies.

Can you ship flowers?
Unfortunately at this time we do not ship flowers.
Should I do anything to my flowers once I get them home?
Bouquet Care:
Once home, remove the design from the wrapper and re-cut the stems and place in water. You can also remove the tape that is binding your bouquet if you would like. Change the water every few days.
Centerpiece Care:
You can spill the water out of the bowl before you travel home. The whole design will lift right out of the container. Once home, re-cut the stems and fill the bowl to the rim. Keep refilling with water throughout the week. Save the plastic grid (Holly’s “Pillow” invention) and experiment with designing.
Can you delver?
Yes! We deliver within 60 miles of of our farm in Waterford. We delivery on Thursdays with Wednesday at noon being out cutoff to place your order.

Can I rent the farm for any event?
Absolutely, please fill out our inquiry form for more information, here.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we do require a deposit and signed contract to secure your date.
How many people can my event have at the farm?
For private events our capacity is 100 guests.
Does the rental come with any equipment or furnishings?
Your rental includes some furnishings, however those with larger guest counts typically provide their own rentals. We can share a guide of what is available when you submit your contact form, here.

What kind of classes do you offer?

Do I have to be a "florist" to take a course?
Absolutely not, we have education for beginners and professional designers. Learn more here.
Do you provide only in person courses?
No, we also offer virtual experiences as well, learn more, here.
What is the class refund policy?
Refunds are allowed within 24 hours of purchase minus a 3% processing fee. After 24 hours if you are unable to make your class or tour we ask that you reach out to our customer support to find a time to reschedule or cancel your time slot with no refund.

What are the Carriage House gift shop hours?
Tuesday-Saturday from 9am-5pm
What kind of gifts do you sell in the Carriage House?
We sell all sorts of floral related items. Everything from Holly's product line to floral printed head scarfs, candles, budvases, soap and more.
Shipping
I placed an order online, when will my shipment arrive?
Please note that we make every effort to ship orders as they are received, however during peak season ( April - October ) we will only ship on Wednesdays. If your item is time sensitive please contact our customer support and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Where can I find my order number?
After you complete your purchase, we will send you an email receipt. At the top of your receipt under the Hope logo you will see your 4 digit order number. If you have any questions, please have this number ready as it will allow us to help you quicker.
