Important Delivery Details:
For delivery to a funeral home, please specify the name of deceased, funeral home name and address, visitation time, and time of service. We will coordinate with the funeral home for the appropriate delivery drop-off time.

For delivery to a residence, we will make one delivery attempt and leave at the address provided if there is no answer. If the weather conditions do not allow the arrangement to be left, it will return to our shop where it will be held for pickup. If there are any special accommodations we should be aware of, please leave within the Gift Message section along with your card message.
