Rent Hope
Hope Flower Farm is a lovely farm in Waterford Virginia with many acres of flower gardens, barns and fresh country air. Hope is available to rent for events, workshops, and retreats or even for a weekend stay! All visitors at Hope are encouraged to explore the gardens in bloom.
Pending availability, we have up to three bedrooms on the farm that can be added to any booking for a fee, negotiated at booking.
Bank Barn
The largest space on our property, the Main Barn is ideal for rehearsal dinners, corporate retreats, or educating.
- Comfortably seats up to 100 guests
- Tables, chairs, and all other rentals can be provided at a per person rate
- Catering, including buffet or plated meals, and bar packages can be provided at a per person rate
- Optional rental of dance floor and set up for live music
- Optional use of Silo Barn for cocktail hour or break-off activities
Silo Barn
Home to the original structures for feeding dairy cows and a lofted hay loft, this barn is the most distinctive space on the property, ideal for one-of-a-kind cocktail hours and dinner parties.
- Comfortably seats up to 100 guests
- Tables, chairs, and all other rentals can be provided at a per person rate
- Catering, including buffet or plated meals, and bar packages can be provided at a per person rate
- Optional use of dairy cow trough as a runway or stage
Studio Barn
This barn is our first temperature controlled space, with white shiplap, Iron chandeliers, restrooms and more!
- Comfortably seats up to 50-60 guests
- Tables, chairs, and all other rentals can be provided at a per person rate
- Catering, including buffet or plated meals, and bar packages can be provided at a per person rate

- Folding doors open completely to lawn and parking area

Manor House
Relax within the intimate, weather-controlled setting of Hope’s Manor House, built in 1850.
- Comfortably seats up to 18 guests; up to 40 guests could mingle for cocktails
